Video Series-2019

The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) is proud of its comprehensive video series for clinicians about important midlife health topics and Society news. All interviews in the series are hosted by NAMS Past-President Dr. Marla Shapiro, a Canadian physician who leads this exciting initiative. Dr. Shapiro is also a medical consultant for CTV News.

In this latest video, New Depression Guidelines, Dr. Shapiro interviews Dr. Pauline Maki, Past-President of NAMS and professor of psychiatry, psychology, and obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

The NAMS Video Series is intended to provide practical information on current topics of interest. The interviews are not official positions of The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) but opinions of those being interviewed. Clinicians must always take into consideration the individual patient along with any new data published since the release of this video.

The guidelines are posted on the NAMS website under Publications.

A companion video for your patients is available.

This video also is available as a podcast.
