For more information, contact NAMS Membership Coordinator.

Participants requiring a visa for entry into the United States are strongly advised to apply in their home country at least two months before the intended date of travel. For more information, visit Annual Meeting Travel Page.

Smoking

The Manchester Grand Hyatt has a limited number of smoking guest rooms. These rooms must be requested at the time reservations are made. All public areas of the hotel have been designated non-smoking.

Temperature

Please note that meeting rooms can have varying temperatures. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket or sweater to the sessions to avoid becoming too cool. The average outdoor temperature in San Diego in September-October is 78°F (26°C).

Banking Facilities

A full service bank is available on the premises.

Shopping

While the Manchester Grand Hyatt is a shopper’s paradise, you can also check out Seaport Village adjacent to the hotel.

Business Center

The Business Center is located on the lobby level of the hotel. Hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM daily.

Gratuities

Typical gratuities in San Diego include 15% to taxi drivers, $1 per bag to skycaps and hotel bellmen, $2 per day to hotel maids, and 15% for food and beverages service. For small groups, restaurant bills typically do not include service charges. Be sure to check with individual restaurants before ordering.
