NAMS 2008 Annual Meeting

Since its inception at the New York Academy of Sciences in 1989, NAMS has held an annual scientific meeting that rates as one of the top events in women's health.

The 2008 meeting continued this tradition of excellence. Scientific presentations focused on diverse topics that addressed the challenging issues surrounding the provision of healthcare services to the increasing number of menopausal women.

The NAMS 2008 Annual Meeting, held on September 24-27, 2008, in Orlando, FL, featured the world's experts reporting on the latest research and interpreting findings for clinical application. The program and speakers reflected the multidisciplinary make-up of the Society's membership, including physicians, nurses, epidemiologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and more. Colleagues from around the world contributed to making the Society's 19th Annual Meeting, entitled "Is It Menopause or Is It Aging," the best ever.
