Video Series-2018

The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) is proud of its comprehensive video series for women on important midlife health topics. All interviews in the series are hosted by NAMS Board of Trustees Member and Immediate Past-President Dr. Marla Shapiro, a Canadian physician who led this exciting initiative. Dr. Shapiro is also a medical consultant for CTV News.

In this latest video, Nonhormone Prescription Options for Hot Flashes, Dr. Shapiro interviews Dr. James Simon, Clinical Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the George Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Simon explains the efficacy of nonhormone options for hot flashes.

The NAMS Video Series is intended to provide practical information on current topics of interest. The interviews are not official positions of The North American Menopause Society (NAMS) but opinions of those being interviewed. Clinicians must always take into consideration the individual patient along with any new data published since the release of this video.

Additional videos will be posted monthly.
