During the 25th Annual Meeting, all registered attendees and their registered adult guests are encouraged to visit the exhibits in the Exhibit Hall, located on lower level of the Marriott Gaylord National Hotel. Ample time is provided to review and discuss the latest products and services with company representatives.
Exhibit Staff Registration
Admittance to the Exhibit Hall is by badge only. All exhibitors must wear the appropriate badge as issued by NAMS. Exhibitor badges provide exhibit staff with admittance to not only the Exhibit Hall, but also to the General Session, Supported Plenary Symposia, and food and social events. In addition to the exhibitor badges provided based on booth size, badges for bona fide exhibit staff may be purchased for a fee of $100 per badge. Exhibitors are also welcome to register to attend the Translational Science Symposium and the Pre-Meeting Symposium.
The NAMS Registration Desk, located outside the Maryland Ballroom on Level 3 of the Gaylord National Hotel, will open for badge pickup and other assistance during the following times:
