For the safety of all attendees, those who will be attending the 2021 NAMS Annual Meeting will be required to complete an attestation indicating the following:

Following CDC guidelines, the Washington Hilton requires all guests and employees to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, and practice social distancing to the extent practical in any indoor space.

Sanitizing stations will be prominently displayed in key areas of the hotel including inside and outside event spaces, meal and beverage service areas, public restrooms, and congregating areas.

Meals, services, and other operational procedures will adhere to physical distancing regional regulations and amplified hygiene and sanitation requirements.

Attendees may also sign-up for a Hilton Honors account that provides a contactless experience with a digital key check-in and check-out of guest rooms. Housekeeping at the hotel is operating on an on-demand basis, and guests may advise if they would like service during their stay.

As NAMS has done in previous years, attendees will use the “scan-and-go” system at the Registration Desk and scan their registration confirmation emails to obtain their name badges. This eliminates the need to stand in line at the Registration Desk.

Seating in the meeting areas has been configured to provide social distancing for attendees. The President’s Reception and Donor Reception are scheduled as outdoor events.
