Register to Attend the Utian Tributes

NAMS members, other professional colleagues, industry, the media, former patients, and other consumers are cordially invited to attend one or more of the three Utian Tribute Events:

(1) September 30, 2009: Educational Session and Reception at the NAMS 2009 Annual Meeting in
San Diego, California

Those who wish to attend these events must be registered participants of the NAMS 2009 Annual Meeting or their registered guests. Register here.

(2) October 24, 2009: Consumer Education Event in Cleveland, Ohio

Those who wish to attend are urged to purchase tickets ($10 each) in advance, as seating is limited. Tickets will be mailed in advance of the event. Find an Order Form here.

(3) October 24, 2009: Evening Gala Tribute in Cleveland, Ohio

Individual tickets can be purchased for $250 ($140 tax-deductible). Tables of 10 are available for $2,500.

Hotel Reservations in Cleveland

If you’re traveling to Cleveland for either of the events on October 24, please note that NAMS has secured a room block at the event hotel at a discounted rate: $119 per night (plus tax). Make your reservation directly with the hotel and ask for “The North American Menopause Society room block.” Hurry, as space is limited!
