There are three keepsake Utian Tribute Programs in which tribute messages can be featured—and interested parties may place messages in one or all.
Program #1. Annual Meeting Special Session (distributed September 30, 2009, in San Diego)
Program #2. Consumer Education Event (distributed daytime of October 24, 2009, in Cleveland)
Program #3. Tribute Gala (distributed evening of October 24, 2009, in Cleveland)

For these amounts, NAMS will design a simple black-and-white “word ad” with your message and your name (or corporate logo, if applicable). Suggestions for messages include the following:
Message #1: Congratulations, Wulf!
Message #2: We congratulate Dr. Utian on a lifetime of achievement.
Message #3: Heartfelt good wishes on your retirement from NAMS.
Message #4: We are proud to support NAMS and wish Dr. Utian the best!
You may also feature a special message that you would write.
If you wish, you may submit a camera-ready ad. With all three Programs, the finished size is 8-1/2 x 11 trimmed and folded. Your submission must meet the following specifications:
Program #1: Inside pages will be printed 2-color (black and PMS 301, bleed acceptable). Ads should be submitted in solid black, solid PMS 301, or 2-color using black and PMS 301.
