 Every educational offering and social event of the NAMS 2012 Annual Meeting (October 3-6) is conveniently located in the Gaylord Palms Hotel. In order to obtain the special NAMS rate, you will need to indicate you are with The North American Menopause Society/NAMS Annual Meeting when making your reservation. Reservations may also be made online.
Gaylord Palms offers world-class meeting facilities and exceptional service. Situated on 63 acres, the hotel is reminiscent of a grand Florida mansion and draws from classic Florida architecture. Included within the property are restaurants, lounges, unique shops, a full-service spa, and other recreation facilities. The ballrooms, meeting rooms, and exhibit hall are conveniently located on two levels connected to the hotel by an enclosed walkway.
The hotel is an easy 20-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. Transportation options from the airport to the hotel may be reserved in advance.
All those attending the Annual Meeting are encouraged to stay at the meeting hotel, Gaylord Palms. The Society is pleased to offer a discounted registration fee (savings of $150) to all those staying in the NAMS block of rooms at the Gaylord.
 The NAMS block of rooms has been reserved at a special room rate starting at $239 per night for those attending the meeting provided the reservation is made before September 10, 2012. The hotel also has a $15 per day resort fee that includes: high-speed Internet access in each guestroom, wireless Internet access in the atriums and poolside, local phone calls up to 20 minutes, toll-free and credit card calls up to 20 minutes, bottled water (2 per room, per day), daily newspaper, scheduled transportation to Walt Disney World theme parks, and access to the hotel’s state-of-the-art Fitness Center.
