We are pleased to announce that the new format for the Annual Business Meeting of Members—the “NAMS Town Hall”—will continue this year at the 2012 Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL. Members will again have an opportunity to present and discuss topics of interest to themselves and the Society.

Be sure to bring your burning questions to the Town Hall. For those members unable to join us in Florida, feel free to
send in your questions and we’ll try to incorporate them in the discussion.
In advance of the meeting, you will be given the opportunity to review the minutes from last year (2011) as well as recent NAMS reports. During the meeting, you’ll be asked if there are any comments on these reports and then we’ll call for a vote to approve them. |
